Here you’ll get to:

  • Research and analyze the latest usecase/industry/market opportunities that align with company strategy
  • Identify emerging industry trends/opportunities/investment and leverage this information to inform our strategy
  • Invent the strategy to support company growth for both services and internal products
  • Reach out to partners, investors, and target clients
  • Collaborate in the company financial projection and plans
  • Take on the roles of business development, project management, and partner relations management
  • Maintain accountability; deliver successful outcomes with measurable results
  • Act as a client advocate in navigating HUGEMAN’s teams and functions during relation management and onboarding with the partnerships

What you’ll Need:

  • 5+ years experience in business development or relevant role especially in Consulting, FinTech, Blockchain
  • Fluent communication both in Thai and English and interpersonal abilities and presentation skills
  • Strong customer, partner, investor and client focus, including the ability to think in terms of their experience/perspective
  • A team player: a collaboration-oriented person who is able to work effectively with different groups of people
  • Self-motivated: an independent thinker who is able to take ownership of project(s) and ensure their timely execution
  • Creative: a problem solver who is able to think on their toes, find solutions in unlikely places, and are adaptable and flexible with your plans and executions

It's great if you have:

  • Commercial or Client Service experience in Blockchain technology, FinTech or other tech services/products
  • Experience managing relationships with partners, investors, clients, or vendors
  • Experience managing technology integrations and product-related partnerships, or servicing clients on financial B2B technologies
  • Passionate about cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, decentralized technology, or other cutting-edged technologies
  • Understanding of product management and development process is preferred
